Free delivery to Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Please contact us at sales@qualpack.net for shipping costs to countries outside of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Delivery Times
If order is made before 12 p.m. on a weekday (Mon to Fri) order will be delivered next working day (deliver Monday for orders received on a Friday). Orders will not be processed or delivered on National Public Holidays.
Please note Fastway Couriers deliver between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (Mon to Fri)
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to continue with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Occasionally problems with deliveries can happen, as there are several parties involved in the process from dispatch to delivery. Damaged or missing deliveries from negligence by Qualpack Ltd. or our appointed couriers (Fastway Couriers) will be resent to the original address provided by the customer at no extra cost to the customer.
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer is the responsibility of the customer and it is the customer`s responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the delivery. Qualpack Ltd will not be liable for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
If your order is delayed or you have not received an email from us confirming your order has been dispatched, please contact us at sales@qualpack.net.
Please be aware that we do not send orders to P.O. box or Parcel Motel addresses.
